Saturday requests

I was listening to a song on youtube that "accidentally" came on after another song I was listening to, and for some reason I read the comments - something I never do. Please for for Mia, mentioned in this comment and for the family. Thank you. "I lost my sister, Mia. She was only 10 years old. She got bullied at school, she ignored them but it didn't seem to be enough. My parents never did anything. Until, she thought she could lose all of her pain by committing suicide. She did that about a week ago." This was written about 2 months ago. It is so very sad. The name of the song was "I am not alone."

Please, dear prayer family, pray. More attempted suicides of children in this beleaguered community since the eleven on Monday!

"Five children tried to take their own lives Friday evening in a Canadian aboriginal community of 2,000 that has declared a state of emergency over repeated suicide attempts, its chief said.
Chief Bruce Shisheesh of the Attawapiskat First Nation in the province of Ontario confirmed the news in a brief telephone conversation on Saturday. It was not immediately clear how old the children are."

 

Self-inflicted gunshot. Please pray for his soul, and got all who grieve his death. May he rest in peace and in the light of God's face. Amen.
