The boy I posted about the other day who walked into the traffic to commit suicide was named Nathaniel. I did not think of this the other day, but please pray for the tractor trailer drivers and the other driver who hit him. That had to be very traumatic for them and would think this would affect them the rest of their lives. And of course, please pray for his family. Thank you again for your faithfulness.

Friday morning request

Please pray for Charles, the son of a notorious criminal, who killed himself many years ago.  I just read about this.  Thank you.

Good news!

On April 23, 2013, I wrote a letter to Pope Francis and asked him to bless our Divine Mercy for Lost Souls ministry. I said in the letter that because he is for the poor and forgotten, who could be more poor and forgotten than the souls in... Purgatory who have committed suicide since most people think they all go to hell (which we know is not true). Anyway, I never expected to get a letter back, but today I got a letter from the Vatican saying the Pope thanked me for my letter and was sending a blessing! It was very short, but nevertheless, I am very excited about this. He does not read English, so someone had to have translated it for him. Also included was this picture of him and his coat of arms on the back. Thank you, Pope Francis!

Please say prayers for Mike, William and Gabriel ...three bank executives from around the world who all took their lives last week. May our Lord have mercy on their souls and forgive them of their sins and may they rest in peace. Prayers for their families too.
