Please pray for Tom who committed suicide about 7 years ago.  He was my neighbor when I was growing up and I just found this out at the funeral home today for another neighbor. I am so saddened by this.  Thank you.

I just received the following note:  I have another prayer request for a young girl named LeeAnn. (not sure of the spelling). She has an 18 month old, she herself comes from a foster home, left her husband because he was abusing her and is now talking about suicide…the sister is trying to get custody of the baby.  Thank you again!

Wednesday request

Please pray for Mary Lynn who has been hospitalized after having tried to commit suicide. She has done this multiple times, so prayers are greatly appreciated for her and her family as well.

I just got a note from an email friend:

I would like you to add a couple of young people to your special suicide prayers:
One young man, Michael F. in his 20's overdosed. His funeral is tomorrow a.m.

Michael's friend, Alex, was so upset about it that she attempted suicide. Last I knew she was in ICU.
